At the Portuguese round of the World Superbike Championship (WSBK) held on March 28–29, 2026, the Chinese-made Zhangxue Motorcycle 820RR secured victories in both races of the SSP category. The TARNS forged wheels-manufactured by Anyang Gutelong Technology Industrial Co., Ltd.-performed flawlessly despite the high-temperature, high-speed conditions of the track. Compared to traditional cast wheels, this type of forged wheel offers superior strength and reduced weight. Canyon Chasers, a specialized U.S. motorcycle review outlet, took note of the aesthetic design of TARNS wheels after evaluating a range of internationally renowned forged wheel products.
Select domestically produced forged wheels have obtained international certifications such as JWL and VIA and are backed by a quality inspection system that includes processes like X-ray flaw detection and dynamic balancing tests; these wheels boast a tensile strength exceeding 310 MPa.
Domestic enterprises have established full-chain production capabilities-spanning from forged blanks to finished products-and have successfully integrated into the supply chains of international brands like BMW and Ducati, with products exported to markets including the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
