Regarding weight, aluminum wheels are on average about 2 kg lighter per unit than steel wheels of the same size; this substantial reduction in vehicle weight lowers fuel consumption while enhancing acceleration and handling. In terms of heat dissipation, aluminum's thermal conductivity is approximately three times that of steel, allowing for the rapid dissipation of heat generated by friction between brake discs and tires; this helps slow the aging of tires and braking components, reduces the risk of brake fade and tire blowouts, and improves driving safety. Regarding precision, aluminum alloy wheels are manufactured with high casting accuracy, exhibiting minimal runout and imbalance, which ensures superior vibration resistance and a smoother ride. In terms of vibration damping, light alloy materials outperform steel, contributing to improved ride stability, passenger comfort, and safety.


Aesthetically, the excellent fluidity and structural properties of aluminum alloys allow for complex, exquisite designs, while surface treatments such as painting and electroplating further enhance visual appeal.
